Mesotherapy

What is Mesotherapy ?

Mesotherapy is a medical technique discovered in 1952 by French Physician Dr. Michel Pistor.

Traditionally, mesotherapy consisted of superficial multinjections of microdoses of drugs that were as close as possible to the pathology to be treated.

This technique of delivery of drugs reduces side effects and increase efficiency.

The technique was first used to treat such conditions as vascular diseases, sports traumatology, infectious diseases and rheumatology and to improve circulation.

However, soon after his discovery, physicians started using the technique for aesthetic improvements, and today it has evolved into a technique with a track record of safety for the patients, with a larger quantity of compounds injected deeper into the dermal layer, and results that speak for themselves.

Mesotherapy has a variety of applications, including overall weight loss, spot weight reduction, cellulite reduction, hair loss, scar revision, improvement of the quality and toning of skin and the reduction of wrinkles (mesolift or mesoglow).

Aesthetic mesotherapy has tremendously evaluated recently, new cocktails, new protocols, new techniques. Isam is proud to have participed actively and still participating to that incredible development. Aesthetic mesotherapy is a very popular technique for skin ageing management, pigment control, fat melting and is becoming one of the leading procedure in aesthetic medicine.
